1) Limestone – Clean / Coarse

Limestone materials provide a strong and stable foundation essential for construction, utility, and landscaping projects. Clean and coarse limestone variants ensure durability and excellent load-bearing capacity, making them ideal for base layers, control, and drainage solutions.
Common uses: Driveways, rural roads, concrete pads, retaining walls, and pipe bedding.

Manufactured Sand (Mansand)

Crushed limestone sand ideal for mixing concrete or mortar, offering strong bonding and durability in construction and masonry projects.

3/8” Washed Chips

Small clean chips used for decorative surfaces, concrete mixes, or as top dressing for walkways and garden paths.

1” Clean (Pipe Bedding)

Screened clean stone used to protect underground pipes by providing excellent drainage and preventing soil compaction around utilities. Essential in plumbing and drainage installations.

1½” Clean

Washed stone that allows water to drain efficiently while providing solid support, commonly used in French drains, retaining walls, and under concrete slabs.

3” Clean

Larger stone sizes for heavy drainage applications or landscaping projects needing solid base rock for stability and water flow.

Gabion Stone

3–9 inch limestone rock used to fill gabion baskets for retaining walls, erosion control, and landscaping projects that call for rock walls or decorative stone.

Class D Rip Rap / Class E Rip Rap

Large limestone boulders perfect for shoreline protection, steep embankments, and heavy erosion areas, stabilizing soil and preventing washouts.

2) Limestone – Roadstone w/ Fines

This category blends coarse limestone with fines to create materials that compact tightly, providing excellent stability. Perfect for subbases where compaction and load distribution are crucial.

Common uses: Road construction, driveway bases, and foundation preparation.

Screenings (3/8" Minus)

Fine limestone particles perfect for filling gaps, leveling surfaces, and providing a smooth base under concrete slabs or pavers. Great for pathways or patios where a compact, even surface is needed.

Class A (3/4” Roadstone)

A finely balanced mix of roadstone and fines ideal for compacted base layers beneath pavement and concrete slabs, delivering firm support and reducing future cracking.

1” Roadstone

Coarse stone used as a stable base for driveways, rural roads, and heavy traffic areas, providing long-lasting support and minimizing settling.

1½” Roadstone

Larger aggregates suited for stronger structural bases in commercial or residential construction, offering enhanced load-bearing capacity.

3” Roadstone

Heavy-duty limestone ideal for large-scale construction sites needing robust foundation layers, such as parking lots or industrial yards.

Modified Subbase

Engineered blend for heavy traffic areas, ensuring structural integrity under commercial and industrial pavements.

3) Coarse & Clean Materials

Combining clean, screenedwashed stone aggregates of varying sizes, these materials provide versatility for drainage, structural support, and decorative purposes.
Common uses: Drainage systems, pipe bedding, concrete aggregate, base layers for landscaping and construction.

1½” Clean

Washed stone that allows water to drain efficiently while providing solid support, commonly used in French drains, retaining walls, and under concrete slabs.

3” Clean

Larger stone sizes for heavy drainage applications or landscaping projects needing solid base rock for stability and water flow.

3/8” Washed Chips

Small clean chips used for decorative surfaces, concrete mixes, or as top dressing for walkways and garden paths.

3) River Rock & Sand

Natural river rock and sand products improve aesthetics and function in landscaping, offering excellent water flow and a natural appearance.
Common uses: Decorative landscaping, drainage beds, concrete mixing, walkways, and erosion control.

Mason Sand

Fine sand perfect for masonry projects, providing smooth texture and strong bonding for bricks, blocks, and stonework. Also great for sandboxes, golf courses, and horse arenas.

Washed Fill Sand

Clean sand ideal as a bedding layer under pavers, slabs, or as fill material in landscaping.

Concrete Sand

Specifically graded for use in concrete mixes, ensuring a strong, durable final product.

3/8" Pea Gravel

Small, rounded stones great for pathways, drainage areas, or as a decorative top layer in gardens.

1" River Rock / 2" River Rock

Smooth stones commonly used in drainage solutions, dry creek beds, or as a visually appealing landscape element.

Oversized Rock (6" Plus)

Larger stones for heavy-duty landscaping accents, retaining walls, or erosion control.

Boulders

Large natural stones used as focal points in landscaping or for structural purposes such as seating walls or water features.

4) Recycled Materials

Sustainable and cost-effective, recycled materials are excellent for base layers and fill, combining performance with eco-conscious construction.
Common uses: Base layers for driveways, pavement underlayments, fill material in construction, and environmentally friendly projects.

Crushed Asphalt

Recycled asphalt great for patching roads, driveways, or as a base material offering good compaction and durability.

Crushed Concrete

Recycled concrete that works well as a base layer or fill, reducing waste while maintaining strength and stability. Comparable in size and function to 1½” roadstone.
