Most of our trucks can haul up to 18 tons. We also have a few aluminum box trucks that can carry 19.5 tons, and one aluminum truck with an extra axle that can haul up to 21 tons.
As a general rule of thumb, 1.5 tons of material is equal to one cubic yard. This can help you estimate how much coverage you’ll get from a full load.
Yes, we can spread the rock for you, for a small extra charge. Just make sure there are no power lines or low-hanging trees in the area, as the truck bed needs to lift to spread the material.
The most popular option is Class A, a ¾” limestone with fines that packs down well. Another great choice is 1” clean limestone, which is free of fines and offers a cleaner look.
We typically recommend giving us at least one day’s notice, but if we’re not too busy, we can sometimes offer same-day delivery.
Nope! We’ll handle it all for you. The cost of the rock will be billed through us, so you only have to deal with one invoice.
